Nicola Thorpe ‘Planning an Education Future for the Gardens' LECTURE

Nicola Thorpe was appointed to the role of Project Development Officer in 2019 and has been busy devising and piloting a programme of garden-related events and activities for submission to the National Lottery Heritage Fund.

As we await to hear about the success of our pending National Lottery Heritage Fund grant application, Nicola will share with us the final plans for the Round 2 Education and Engagement Project at the Botanical Gardens.

She will provide information about the programme delivery strands, new volunteering and training opportunities, and some of the partnerships that will help grow and sustain education at Sheffield Botanical Gardens.

This talk and all our lectures are FREE for Friends to access. Members of the public are welcome to join us for the live-streaming of the lecture for just £5. Please register, pay in our simple online check-out and you will receive details of the Zoom link to the lecture.
